Her Story

Passionate about healing — especially for women.

Most people know her as Kem — short for Audrey Nkemdilim Osudoh. She's currently in her second year of graduate school pursuing a degree in Marriage & Family Therapy, with a deep passion for couples and individual therapy. Her work is rooted in helping women heal, grow, and step into the fullness of who they are.

A true Jill of all trades, Kem has a natural gift for bringing people together through large-scale events and community initiatives. From co-founding Melanic — a brand dedicated to increasing Black representation in the beauty industry — and producing the "Blackness Through the Decades" fashion show at Ohio State, to curating the Black Market Tour showcasing Black-owned businesses, she has spent years building platforms that celebrate and uplift her community.

After noticing a deep and unmet need for spaces where women could openly express their mental health struggles and heal through community, she founded The Inner Circle — a women's wellness collective based in Atlanta, GA.

"I wanted to create the space I wish I had — where women could put down the weight they carry and just be."
